Domaine Sauveroy Cuveé Ose Iris Anjou Rouge

Domaine Sauveroy is located in the heart of the Coteaux du Layon in Saint Lambert du Lattay in the Loire Valley . Created in 1866, the estate was bought in 1947 by Francis and Donatienne Cailleau.

Very quickly, the Cailleau family transformed the Domaine Sauveroy into a benchmark vineyard and cellar. They pass on this passion to their five daughters and three sons.

The Ose Iris cuvée is a fruity and light red wine which can be enjoyed from its youth and which can also improve for a few years in the cellar.

The 2019 vintage obtained the silver medal at the Ligers competition.
